Biography

Experience: I’ve been a real estate investor and rental property manager since 1973, with ten years experience as a paralegal. I love real estate law, concepts, finance and marketing. I’ve been a self-employed business owner and a member of the local Chamber of Commerce since 1990. I specialize in tenants becoming homeowners, investor financing, historic preservation, and citizen property rights advocacy. I’ve held numerous board positions. I love the important challenge of orchestrating the real estate transaction event in your life.

Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, 1990.

Board positions have included Wisconsin Women Entrepreneurs, Inc, Janesville Art League, League of Women Voters, Legal Action of Wisconsin, Community Action Program, and National Clients Counsel. Numerous awards.

Personal: Published writer of short stories and lyrics. Artist in paint and calligraphy. Equestrian and certified riding instructor. Traveler; USA, Canada, Mexico, Israel, Thailand, and the Czech Republic. Wilderness camper. Restored my Queen-Anne Victorian home, now on the Historic Register.
